Terms of Use

Last updated: September 2026

Welcome to Worldhire. By accessing or using worldhire.io (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

1. Who can use Worldhire

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you’ll keep it up to date.

2. Job seeker accounts

Job seekers can browse listings, save jobs, apply directly through Worldhire where available, and create job alerts. Worldhire aggregates listings from third-party sources as well as employer self-service postings; we do their best to keep information accurate but can’t guarantee every detail on every listing (see Section 5).

3. Employer accounts

Employer accounts require a valid work email address. Posting a job on Worldhire means you confirm you’re authorized to represent the hiring company and that the listing is a genuine, currently open position. Fraudulent, misleading, or scam listings will be removed and the associated account may be suspended.

5. Third-party listings and content

Some listings on Worldhire are imported from third-party job boards and public APIs. Worldhire is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content and encourages job seekers to verify details directly with the employer before applying.

6. Payments

Paid employer listings and subscriptions are billed as described at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for fraud, abuse, or repeated policy violations.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Worldhire does not guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of listings, or continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
