Guidelines
Last updated: September 2026
These guidelines apply to everyone using Worldhire — job seekers, employers, and anyone posting content on the platform.
For employers
- Only post genuine, currently open positions with accurate role, location, and requirement details.
- Don’t mark a listing as offering visa sponsorship or being remote/entry-level unless it genuinely does.
- Don’t request payment, sensitive financial information, or personal documents as part of an application process.
- Keep listings up to date — remove or mark as closed any role that’s been filled.
For job seekers
- Report listings that look fraudulent, expired, or misleading using the “Report this job” option.
- Be cautious of any job that asks for payment, banking details, or sensitive documents before an offer is made — this is a common scam pattern.
- Keep your saved searches and job alerts accurate so you get relevant results.
Prohibited content
The following aren’t allowed anywhere on Worldhire:
- Discriminatory job requirements based on protected characteristics not permitted by applicable law
- Fraudulent or scam listings
- Harassment, hate speech, or abusive language directed at other users
- Spam, unrelated advertising, or attempts to solicit users off-platform for unrelated purposes
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, listing takedown, or account suspension, depending on severity. If you believe a decision was made in error, contact us.
