Requirements:
- Experienced Product Designer or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering technical solutions to market.
- Strong problem-solving skills, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Strong communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to engineering teams.
- Skilled in setting, tracking, and delivering against key OKRs and KPIs.
- Able to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and confidently challenge where necessary, ensuring a pragmatic balance between business value and technical best practices.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and challenges effectively.
- Able to analyse operational data to gain insights to evidence the approach.
- Experience working with API integrations and microservices within cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of the payments industry, including payment processing, regulations, and emerging technologies.

- Prioritise design activities based on impact, feasibility, and strategy.
