Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We are looking for experience integrating complex hardware systems within aerospace, propulsion, defence, automotive, or other high-performance engineering sectors.
  • We require strong technical documentation and configuration control experience.
  • We value experience leading commissioning, integration, or test campaigns.
  • We are seeking excellent stakeholder and customer-facing communication skills.
  • We prefer a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • A background in systems engineering, integration, testing, or technical delivery would be highly beneficial.
  • We are looking for candidates who can work effectively in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
  • We lead integration, commissioning, and test activities across our internal and customer sites.
  • We own technical integration documentation, including ICDs, installation manuals, commissioning procedures, and operational documentation.
  • We support customer integration activities from interface definition through to installation and operation.
  • We coordinate on-site test campaigns, including readiness reviews, execution, and reporting.
  • We work closely with our design, manufacturing, and testing teams to ensure integration requirements are embedded across the product lifecycle.
  • We drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and operational feedback.
  • We manage customer-facing technical delivery and support successful system deployment.
