Head of IT Security

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading Information Security or Cybersecurity functions
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO27001 and NIST
• Experience developing security strategy, governance and risk management frameworks
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change
• A passion for building high-performing security teams and security-first cultures

Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver our information security, cybersecurity and IT risk strategy across a large, complex technology estate
• Shape our security roadmap
• Recruit and build our own team
• Work closely with senior leadership to strengthen our security culture and resilience
