Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We need proven experience developing and configuring Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow).
• We need strong experience creating and maintaining custom fields, custom objects/tables, object relationships, and data models.
• We need experience configuring workspaces, business rules, profiles and permissions, reports and dashboards, and navigation sets.
• We need knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud Customer Portal and Browser User Interface (BUI).
• We need experience with data migration and bulk data management.
• We need strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• We need experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• We need excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• We need a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
• Oracle Service Cloud certification is desirable.
• We value strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, team collaboration, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• We configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) applications.
• We design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, tables, and relationships.
• We develop and configure business rules, workflows, and automation processes.
• We configure workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
• We support data management activities including imports, exports, and data integrity checks.
• We collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• We troubleshoot and resolve platform, configuration, and data issues.
• We support integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and third-party applications.
• We document technical designs, configurations, and development activities.
• We participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
• We ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices and security standards.

We are offering an initial 2- to 3-month contract with flexibility for part-time or full-time candidates, and the role is outside IR35. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Developer to support the development, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Service Cloud solutions for customer service operations. This is a hands-on technical and configuration role where we value scalable, efficient solutions and close collaboration with stakeholders.
