'Entry-level' jobs asking for a fresh grad with an internship — is anyone else fed up with this?

Applied to an 'entry-level' Product Manager listing today that wanted a fresh grad with an internship minimum. At what point does this stop being entry-level? How are new grads supposed to break in?
