How do you prove productivity when nobody can see you working?
My manager mentioned 'visibility' in my last review even though my metrics are good. As a remote Content Writer, how do you show you're actually productive without feeling like you're performing busywork for optics?

I'd add: don't be afraid to just ask directly, most people are more open than you'd think.

I'd push back gently and see what they say — worst case they say no.
