How do you handle timezone overlap with a team 8+ hours away?
I just started a fully remote Data Analyst role where most of the team is 8 hours ahead. I'm finding it hard to get real-time answers without staying up late. How does everyone else handle this — async-first culture, staggered hours, or just accepting some late nights?

Honestly this varies so much by company that I'd take any single answer (including mine) with a grain of salt.
