Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Business Transformation Analyst Operations Execution, you will deliver transformation projects within the Transformation Management sub-department, working independently in at least one functional area. You will apply expertise in project management, process mapping, and solution design, support the implementation of Business Transformation’s methodologies and tools, and drive process improvements and IT solutions for one end-to-end process.
As part of the Operations Execution team, you will contribute to driving projects that optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and order fulfilment processes. You will help enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency for downstream supply chain.
Your Role at Intersnack
Execute project tasks independently, including process mapping, data analysis, and solution design, under minimal supervision
Support the implementation of Business Transformation’s methodologies and tools in collaboration with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners
Contribute to the development of project plans, functional specifications, and change management activities
Actively participate in knowledge-sharing and training projects to build team capabilities
Adhere to Business Transformation’s standards for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Your profile
University degree in Business Administration, Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
Some professional experience and familiarity with project management, business analysis, or consulting
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and project requirements
Collaborative and client-focused mindset
Experience with project documentation and reporting tools
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 4 days per week across Intersnack locations.
